Recommended Setup

To make sure you get the best experience from your Business Phone setup, we recommend the following.

Network - we suggest a wired (ethernet) network of at least 10Mbps to ensure your Internet, phone and local network activity operate effectively.

Broadband Modem - you'll need a quality broadband modem/router when using a DSL Service. If you don't have one, we recommend a range of quality business-grade modems here.

Available Bandwidth - in order to deliver our Business Phone service, we require a quality Internet connection. Ideally, for DSL services we would recommend a standalone Internet connection for voice and a standalone Internet connection for your other Internet use. The table below gives you an idea of what Internet services we recommend.

Recommended Internet Connections

Amcom Small Business Packs require minimum connections for optimum performance. Amcom Small Business offers a range of Internet connections to suit your handset selection.
