Please Note: Early termination of contract requires entire contract period fees are paid in full. Cabling is only completed up to the nearest street pillar and any upgrades to the lead-in are to be at the customer’s expense. Our Bonded SHDSL plans are available in select exchanges.

SHDSL uses digital subscriber line technology, meaning cable quality and exchange distance influence the speed attainable. To address this, we complete a service qualification before every service is sold. This ensures that the service speed, based on your distance from the exchange and other factors (e.g. dB loss), is attainable. As a result the majority of our customers experience the full spectrum of the bandwidth they are sold.
All Bonded SHDSL services are subject to lines being available from third party suppliers. Timelines for installation of services do vary. Contact us to qualify if your business is able to access a Bonded SHDSL service.
